He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon Mace and Ruby Rock; and his sister Gladys New. He is survived by: his wife Brenda G. Mace of Elkview; and his children, Elizabeth Mace Jarrett (Clay) of Queen Shoals, Melonie Mace Haas of Kentucky, Charles A. Mace (Venus) of South Carolina and Jeffrey C. Mace (Angela) of Elkview. He is also survived by 14 grandkids.
