She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Shaw and Mary Shaw; and her brother David Perry Shaw. She is survived by: her children, William James Harper, Tammy Ann White, Kelly Jo Chandler, Willy Harper, Larry Andrew Harper and Sunshine Harper. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren, along with many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Kanawha County Animal Shelter, 1248 Greenbrier Street, Charleston, WV 25311.
