He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William McPhail and Anne McPhail; his brothers, John (Joyce), Robert (Janet), William (Peggy) and Tucker McPhail (Sue); his brother-in-law Charles Humphrey; his former wife Carol McPhail; his wife Brenda McPhail; his son David McPhail II (Tina); his granddaughter Emily McPhail; his stepdaughter Erin White (Larry); his grandson Logan White (Alexis); his great grandchild Marcella White; his siblings, James McPhail (Barbara) and Nancy Humphrey; his siblings-in-law, Dean Watts (Michael), Ann Cook and Joe Cline; and his friend Herbie Burke.
