He is survived by: his daughter Katrina Bowers (Cody); his grandchildren, Jackson Bowers and Julianna Bowers; his brother Joe Harper (Linda); his nephew Justin Harper (Cassie); his great-nephew Davis; his great-niece Annie; his nephew Jacob Pitman (Sasha); his great-nephew Ari; his niece Sarah Pitman; and his former wife Sandra Harper.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Elk Hills Memorial Park.
