He is survived by: his wife Donna King; his daughters, Beth Palmer (Tim) and Joni Bailey (Tommy); his grandsons, Tyler Palmer (McCrae), Patrick Mikeal, Teddy and Joseph Bailey; his great grandchild Alivia Palmer; his sisters-in-law, Betty Sampson and Nancy Copenhaver; and his nephews, Scott Miracle and Michael Miracle (Tamara).
