She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Canterbury and Anna Canterbury; and her grandson Chris. She is survived by: her husband Sam Hastings; her children, James Patterson (Diana) and Denise McClanahan; and her grandchildren, Carly, Sasha, Natasha and Krista. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
