He was predeceased by: his son James A.'Turtle'Hall; his brother Robert Andrew Hall; and his parents, James Hall and Mary Brown Hall. He is survived by: his wife Coleen Hall; his son Shane Hall; his stepsons, Chris Graley of Belle, Kevin Graley of Belle and Steven Graley of Belle; his daughters, Angie Burns of Elkview and Shannon Lester of Belle; and his sister Delana Williams of Bluffton. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
