It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Wayne Whitehair of Elkview, West Virginia, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille and Donald; and his brother Thomas Whitehair. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Whitehair of Elkview and Dawn Taylor (Tim) of Gasonia, N. C.; his siblings, Larry Whitehair of Scott Depot and Becky Whitehair of Charleston; and his grandchildren, Chase and Katie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
