She was predeceased by: her husband Cleo Moore; her son Kevin Clark; her parents, Manuel Barnett and Ruby Barnett; and her siblings, Calvin Mason Barnett, Rosie Gus Pharley, Dorothy Estep and Tina Hayes.
She is survived by: her son Anthony Clark (Jerri); her siblings, Gary Barnett, Nancy Hill and Mary Jo Mullins; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel Shane Clark, Makayla Clark and Camella Clark. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
