She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Louise Lightner of Charleston, WV and Melvin Franklin Withrow of Poca, WV; her siblings, Frankin Allen Withrow and Devra Smith; and her former husband William H Ray.
She is survived by: her children, William H. (Mellisa Ray), Susan D. (Daniel Smith) and Barbara Jean Shamblin; and her grandchildren, Danielle, Travis Smith, Cody, Megan, William Ray, James and Cheyenne Shamblin. She is also survived by great grandchildren she loved.
