He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Holton Keaton; his daughters, Patty Ann Miller and Joyce Ann Meadows; and his sisters, Norma Seabolt (Gary) of Elkview, Sylvia Ashby Sigmon of Sissonville and Violet Estep (Gary) of Blue Creek. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
