She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Fizer; and her parents, Jefferson Kiser and Madalyn Kiser. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Fulks, Christopher Fizer, Josh Fizer, Ashleigh Taylor, Madalyn Fizer and Michaela Fizer; her grandchildren, Mallorigh Fulks, Myranda Fulks, Channing Taylor and Penelope Griffy; and her brothers, Roger Kiser and John Kiser. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Andrew Presbyterian Church (80 St Andrew Ln, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Herbert Hoover High School.
