He was predeceased by: his wife Judy; his parents, Mae Chapman and Burton Casto; his siblings, Burton Casto Jr. and Carol McGhee; and his great grandchildren, Marlo and Zinnia.
He is survived by: his children, Misty White and Robert Casto Jr. (Cindy); his grandchildren, Nikki Tumangail (Jericho), Sunni Faye (Joe), Kalyn White, Makaila White, Victoria White, Scott White, Dominic Casto and Devin Casto; his great grandchildren, Jude, Zelda, Tully Tumangail, Zayna and Juniper Faye; and his brother Ralph Casto (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 27th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Floral Hills Memory Gardens (6839 Sissonville Dr, Charleston, WV 25320).
