He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Daniel and Virginia Crystal Cabell; his son Robert Dale Cabell; and his siblings, Bobby Miller, Danny Cabell, David Cabell and Carol Kirk.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Cabell and Rhonda Danley; his grandchildren, Jayden Cabell, Bryson Fizer, Samantha Taylor and Miranda Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Taylor, Carson Anderson and Addyson Anderson. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews, as well as many close friends.
