It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Eugene Riggs II of Elkview, West Virginia, who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Ronald E. Riggs; his brother Michael E. Roseberry; and his nephews, Michael and Shawn Roseberry. He is survived by : his wife Nada'Sis' Riggs (Spencer); his children, Tabitha Riggs, Katelynn Riggs, Alex Riggs and Daniel Riggs; his grandmother Velma M. Riggs (Chaplin); his mother Linda Riggs (Roseberry); his siblings, Kevin Riggs (Ashley), Darlinda Riggs-Reid (Brent) and Stella Riggs-Smith (Jim); his friends, John (Megan), Andrew Spencer (Pina), David King, Matthew White and Justin Spencer; and his nieces and nephews, John, Jacob, Dalton, Memphis, Ryker, Jasper, Megan, Chey, Amber, Marlena, Sandra, Locklyn, Emma and Paityn. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
