She was predeceased by : her parents, Rufus Jarrett and Lila Jarrett of St. Albans, WV; and her husband Richard Milam. She is survived by : her children, Travis (Jackie) of Pfafftown, NC and Ruth Ann Milam of Elkview; her grandchildren, Micah, Jonah Milam of Frederick, MD, Isaiah, Dalton Milam of Pfafftown, NC and Sarah Carnefix (Cody) of Liberty, WV; her brother Donald Jarrett (Connie) of Noblesville, IN; and her siblings-in-law, David Milam (Charlene), William Milam (Darlene), Anna Lynn, Janet Rogers, Mary Rogers and Lois Pendleberry. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
