He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Harper; and his nephews, Matt Campbell and Ricky Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Janice Harper; his daughter Stacy Sampson (Jaron); his father Wilbert Harper; his nieces, Allison Gardner of Germany and Kelsey Gardner of Fl; his nephew Justin Campbell of Sissonville; his brother-in-law David Campbell of Sissonville; his sister Geraldine Gardner; and his grandchildren, Mason, Kyson and Harper Sampson. He is also survived by cousins and close personal friends.
