He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Halee Wines (Austin Siders), McKenzie Wines and Zachary Moore; his grandchildren, Lucas and Audrey (Halee); his parents, Alice Wines and Roger Wines (Daphne); his siblings, Buddy Wines (Emily), Carrie Larch (Tim) and Logan Wines; his nieces and nephews, Jeffery Thaxton (Shellie), Zachary Thaxton (Brandy), Emmalee Shafer (Aaron), Liam Wines, Abigayle, Aryel and Arybelle White; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kholson, Rilea, Braylin, Aria, Audrey, Adlee and Jake.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
