It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Joseph Kelley of Elkview, West Virginia, who passed away on June 16, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Kelley and Betty Kelley; and his brother David Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kelley; his daughters, Melissa Kelley of Elkview and Amy Swedock (Billy) of Teays Valley; and his sister Lee Ann Troyan (Mike) of Elkview.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Jarrett Memorial UMC.
