He is survived by: his wife Betty K Dyer Morris; and his children, Sharon Staats of Pinch, WV, Michael (Emma Morris), Fred (Brenda Dyer), Richard (Janet Dyer), Jim (Darlene Dyer) and Tom (Cindy Dyer). He is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
