She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Seabolt and Geraldine Seabolt (Moles); her siblings, Bill Seabolt, Roger Seabolt, Fred Seabolt, Harry Seabolt (Buster) and Donna Bailey; and her granddaughter Leah Strickland.
She is survived by: her husband Cecil Strickland; her sons, Randall Strickland of Louisville and Michael Strickland (Emily) of Elkview; her grandchildren, Brett Strickland (Taylor), Kristian Strickland and Gabbi Strickland; and her siblings, Frank Seabolt, Gleston Seabolt, Brenda Carte and Elsie Romine. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rock Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Wilma's honor to the Leah Strickland Memorial Scholarship Foundation at Poca Valley Bank.
