He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Dawn Lewis (Henderson); his daughter Carrie Dawn Burwell (Craig) of Ellenboro, WV; his grandsons, Seth Cronin, Drew Cronin and Hunter Burwell; his sisters, Jackie Hall (Frank) of Harrisville, WV and Kristie Campbell of Ellenboro, WV; his parents-in-law, Mabel and Reese Henderson of Pennsboro, WV; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Richards (Bob) of Ellenboro, WV, Kathy McCullough (Don) of Pennsboro, WV and Tammy Harper (Brent) of Glendale, WV. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, many cousins, and his unending list of friends.
