He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Neal Lewis and Freda Maxine Lewis (Mossor); his sisters, Terry Lewis and Nancy Broce; and his grandparents, John, Ruth Lewis, Martin and Rosella Mossor.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Dawn Lewis (Henderson); his daughter Carrie Dawn Burwell (Craig) of Ellenboro, WV; his grandsons, Seth Cronin, Drew Cronin and Hunter Burwell; his sisters, Jackie Hall (Frank) of Harrisville, WV and Kristie Campbell of Ellenboro, WV; his parents-in-law, Mabel and Reese Henderson of Pennsboro, WV; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Richards (Bob) of Ellenboro, WV, Kathy McCullough (Don) of Pennsboro, WV and Tammy Harper (Brent) of Glendale, WV. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, many cousins, and his unending list of friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ellenboro Municipal Center (100 School St, Ellenboro, WV 26346). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
