She is survived by: her husband Marvin Horn; her grandchildren, Nicholas Collins (Keisha) and Robin Jones (Matthew); her siblings, Raymond Collins, Alice Balade, Mary Oquin, Cecila Kennedy and Jane Parish; her son-in-law Michael Mathis; and her grandchildren, Isiah Collins, Dale Collins, Michael Collins, Kyla Collins, Jaxson Collins, Raven Jones, Jayden Jones, Gunner Jones and Jaxson Jones.
