She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Deloris Jean Stillwell Vance and Arthur Wilson Vance; her husband Garry Duane Allen; her children, Tracy Lynn Cooley of Elkins, Garry Duane Allen II of Enterprise, Joseph Harold Allen of Morgantown, Harlea Nicole Allen of Enterprise and Cole Christian; her siblings, Sue Ellen Lanham (Bruce) of Willard and Howard Wilson Vance of Hutchinson; and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Sue Allen Benyei of Ocala, FL. and Carl Billey "John" Allen.
