Frances Goff Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Frances Goff of Evans, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Frances left this world on October 25, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lewellen and Florence Lewellen (Carr); her husband Howard Nelson Goff, Jr.; her children, William Cutlip, Michael Cutlip and Dora Goff-Parsons; and her sister Patricia Dobbins.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Goff, III (Joann), Kenneth Goff, Margaret Bailey and Barbara Garner; and her siblings, Garry Lewellen and Carol Simonson. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Waybright Funeral Home (511 S Church St, Ripley, WV 25271). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Comer Cemetery at the Loudendale Freewill Baptist Church.
