He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Milam and Rebecca Milam; his siblings, Doug Milam (Ethel), Archie Milam (Janice), Louise White (Randall), Shirley Young (Roy), Mary Ingram (Roy) and Shelby Keith (David); his parents-in-law, Paul and Elva Greene; and his brother-in-law Joe Greene.
He is survived by: his brother Cleve Milam (Nancy); his daughters, Rachel Milam and Rebecca Milam; his grandchildren, Haley Milam, Joey Milam and Glory Rayne Milam; his great grandchild Christian Ray; his nephew Richie Milam (Jennifer); his close friends, Tommy Joe Cook and Tish Smith; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Greene. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
