She is survived by: her husband James Brown; her siblings, Gary Pendleton of South Carolina, Houston Martin of Beckley and Carol Kendrick of Daniels; her grandchildren, Saundra Farmer of Beckley, Rodney Farmer of Prosperity, Jordan Shorter, Micah Shorter of Sophia, Celina Brown and Ivy Cook of North Carolina; her great great grandchildren, Piper and Charliegh of Beckley; her son-in-law Derek Justus of Crab Orchard; her stepchildren, Mellisa Shorter (Brian) and Chris Brown (Caroline) of North Carolina; and her close friend Reba Williams of Glen Daniel. She is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, friends.
