He is survived by : his parents, Billy Wayne and Brenda Collins of Fairdale, WV; his daughters, Heather Jo Collins (Harry Curd) of Mullens, WV, Jessica Gayle Collins of Summersville, WV and Summer Shae Collins of Beckley, WV; his grandsons, Stephen Wayne Collins, Graysen Waylen Farmer and Jaxen Wyatt Collins; his brother Ronald Lee Collins; and his sister-in-law Debbie of Princeton, NC.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
