It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Jane O'Neal of Fairlea, West Virginia, born in Union, West Virginia, who passed away on September 4, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Howard and Thelma Lee Jenkins Lephew; and her siblings, Nancy Brooks and Bobby Lephew. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Brooks (Richard) of Lewisburg, Angie O'Neal of Lewisburg and Amanda O'Neal of Fairlea; her grandchildren, Kodie Brooks of Lewisburg, Ethan Brooks (Elizabeth) and Jossie Brooks McGuire (Adam); her great grandchildren, Lawson McGuire and Emory Ann McGuire; and her close friend Moses Hunter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
