She is survived by: her significant other Karl Duckworth; her granddaughter Laura Lea Nulph (Daniel); her children, Titus, Cain, Evie, Andrea Dawn Burnside (Scott), Noah (Ava) and Faith; her sisters, Jeannie Freeman, Wanda Freeman (Gary) and Brenda Sammons (Junior); and her in-laws, Greg Nestor and Carol Davis. She is also survived by her loving husband as well as two daughters.
