He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Carter and Mary Carter; and his sister Teresa Carter (Miniard). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Carter; and his brothers, Mark Carter (Tammy) and Gregory Carter (Shelly). He is also survived by many nieces nephews and friends.
