She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Forte and Dolores Leston Forte; and her husband Robert Lee Musgrove. She is survived by: her children, Robert Lee Musgrove II (Amanda) of Fairmont and Tracey Posgate (Colin) of Fairmont; her grandchildren, Ayla Webster, Tyler Musgrove and Deklan Posgate; her sister Karen Ritter (Doug) of Massachusetts; and her close friends, Debbie and Kathy.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel (201 Columbia St, Fairmont, WV 26554). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
