She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, George Oscar and Edna Arnold Lampkin; and her grandmother Earlene Jones. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Ann Shepherd of Robinson Run; her sister Vivian Rhone of Dayton, Ohio; her son Kevin Lampkin of Martinsburg; her grandchildren, Kiara Lampkin and Nathan Lampkin of Martinsburg; her uncle Robert; her aunt Dorothy Merchant of Converse, Texas; and her caregiver Donna Myers of Fairmont. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
