Dykhoff of Fairmont, West Virginia, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Dykhoff and Marie Dykhoff; his siblings-in-law, Bill, Kate Hrybyk, Conrad Austermehle, Bobby and Joanie Austermehle; and his son-in-law Xavier García.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Alice Austermehle Dykhoff; his children, David (Lisa Dykhoff), Cynthia García, Mark Dykhoff, Alan (Diana Dykhoff), Nancy (Scott Fechtig) and Matt (Susan Dykhoff); his grandchildren, Chris Powers, Carolyn, Dan Thele, Dominic García, Tiffany, Caleb Dykhoff, Nate, Charlie Fechtig, Sam, Harry, Teddy and Anna Dykhoff; his great grandchild Pryce Kroger; his siblings-in-law, Billy and Joan Austermehle; and his children, Ed and Helen. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Charities West Virginia, Alzheimer's Association or Literacy volunteers of Marion County.
