He is survived by : his wife Deborah "Debbie" Church; his children, Melissa "Missy" Church, Garold "Gary" Church (Lisa) and Terry Church; his nieces and nephews, Donald C. Church, Jr., Kimberly A. McIlvain, Shannon Stoops, Misty Britton, David Long, Gerald Church Jr., Lisa Church and Doug Church; and his grandchildren, Cory, Judd, Jason, Matt, Kristin and David. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
