Harmony, Sara Spicer (Logan) of Levels Community and Kimi Ely of Mt. Harmony; his grandchildren, Logan Garner, Levi Garner, Lucas Garner, Asher Ely, Graham Ely, Maddox Ely, Reid Ely, Caroline Ely, Kairi Jarrett, Brantley Spicer, Isla Ely and Aliyah Spicer; his great grandchild Tobiah Garner; and his friend Rudy Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family plans to place a memorial bench for Gary along the rail trail, facing the train tracks he loved.
