She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles West and Hazel West; her brother Gary West; and her son Jeffery. She is survived by: her husband Clarence "Chip" Phillips; her daughter Ashley Schmidt (Ryan); her sister-in-law Kathy Ross; and her nieces and nephews, John West (Amanda), Chelsea Mills (Matt), Jody Sammons (Michael), Rebecca Turner (Gerald) and Michael Ross (Jennifer). She is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
