James Ice Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Ice of Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on November 14, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Ice Sr. and Genevieve Toothman Ice; his daughter Natasha R. Ice; his brothers, John and Phil Ice; and his former wife Cynthia Mycynoicz Ice.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanina Butcher of Fairmont; his daughter Michele R. Ice of Fairmont; his stepsons, Bradley A. Butcher (Patty) of Brookville, PA, Nicholas R. Butcher of Morgantown and Kenneth M. Butcher of Pittsburgh, PA.; his grandchildren, Samantha Ice, Oliver, Wesley and Perry "PJ" Butcher; his brothers, Randy "Dewey" Ice (Patsy) of Barrackville and Doug Ice (Doreen) of Barrackville; his sister-in-law Janet Ice of Falls Church, VA; his pets, Leo and Roscoe; Dottie Carpenter, Courtney McKnight, Korina Gregg and Annie Thacken. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family respectfully asks that those attending wear a mask.
