He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Henderson and Wanda Pitman Henderson; and his siblings, David "Crazy Dave" Henderson, Allen Henderson and Judith Betonte.
He is survived by: his wife Jodi A. Kosik Henderson; his daughters, Emylea (Charles Robinson) of Fairmont and Madison (David Taylor) of Fairmont; his grandson Cameron Edward Taylor; his sister Joy (Rock Marino) of Virginia; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Pat Cowen of North Carolina, Kristi Kosik of Quakertown, Pennsylvania and James Kosik (Heidi) of Fairmont. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
