In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John Anthony leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John Anthony may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Pellegrin and Josephine Egidi Pellegrin; his sister Catherine Ann Lavorata (Larry); and his grandson Justin Umina. He is survived by: his sons, John Anthony Pellegrin Jr. (Leeann) of Fairmont and David Joseph Pellegrin of Fairmont; his brother Richard Pellegrin (Kathern) of Fairmont; and his grandchildren, Alexander Pellegrin, Kyle Pellegrin, Matthew Westfall (Kristen Hardman) and Ryan Umina (Beth Lynn). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel (201 Columbia St, Fairmont, WV 26554). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
