Plutro of Fairmont, West Virginia, born in Belington, West Virginia, who passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Coontz Plutro and Michelo Pollutro "Mike Plutro"; his wife Ida Mezzanotte Plutro; his daughter Michele Plutro; his brother Frank "Dicky" Plutro; his in-laws, Nick and Minnie D'omico Mezzanotte; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Mezzanotte, Antoinette Adams (Harry) and Susan Plutro.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise Plutro; his granddaughter Nicola Amendola; his great grandchildren, Isaiah Amendola and Noah Waites; Lambert Horton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ross Funeral Home (801 Fairmont Ave, Fairmont, WV 26554). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (1660 Mary Lou Retton Dr, Fairmont, WV 26554).
