He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Mae Moore; and his brothers, Loren Jack Moore and Bill Moore. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Mark Moore, Jeff "Stonkey" Moore (Carla) and Laura Jean Benzo. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
