He is survived by : his wife Cora Jeanette Ammons; his sons, Joseph Ammons (Angela) and Jeff Ammons (Susan Knauss); his grandchildren, Justin Ammons (Maria), Jeremy Ammons (Jessica) and Angela Ward; his great grandchildren, Reed Ammons, Lyla Ammons, Dean Ammons, Cora Ammons, Jake Ammons, Hannah Dunn, Anthony Ward and Natalie Ward; and his sister Rose Linville.
