She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover L. White and Myrtle White (Elza); her daughter Donna Tate; and her siblings, Grover L. White II, Joann Stevens of Lancaster, OH and Maple White.
She is survived by: her brother Gary White of Waverly, VA.; her children, Alesia Tate (Ron) of Gypsy, WV and Daniel L. Phillips of Salem, WV; her son-in-law David Tate of Gypsy, WV.; her grandchildren, Machelle Bess of Gypsy, Rhonda Stark of Lumberport, Donald Tate of Bridgeport, Charles Tate of Gypsy, Ronald Tate II of Gypsy, David Tate of Mannington, Joey Tate of Jordan, MT and Kenneth Tate of Fairmont; and her nieces, Trina, Julie and Judy. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
