He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Mazza and Jennie Mazza; his brother Rickey; and his brother-in-law Bernie. He is survived by: his son Rocky; his granddaughter Adrianna; his sister Linda Shelosky; his nieces and nephews, Stephany Blickenstaff, Andrea Shelosky, Rick Mazza II, Shane Mazza and Chance Mazza; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Mazza.
