The family announces the passing of Leah Levine Stern (Fairmont, West Virginia) on August 31, 2026. Leah, born on August 17, 1937, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mont Levine and Edith Beatrice Levin Levine; her husband Franc; her son Abraham; her siblings, Esther Levine and Paul Levine (Cecelia Davis Levine); her in-laws, Jacob and Clara Stern; and her aunt Pearl Cohen.

She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Mont Stern MD (Judi) of East Amherst, NY and Michael Stern (Lisa) of Fairmont; her grandchildren, Lois Rosenbloom (Zach), Elliot Stern (Sarah), Jared Stern and Ariel Stern; and her great grandchild Paige Rosenbloom. She is also survived by cousins, niece and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made the to The Leah Stern Scholarship Fund at Fairmont State University or to the charitable organization of your choice.
