Eates of Fairmont, WV; her children, Antoinette Eates (David Habenstreit) of Silver Spring, MD, Monica Kelly (Mike) of New Kensington, PA, Michele Lewis (Keith) of Nampa, ID and Anthony Eates II (Jenifer Hadley) of South Charleston, WV.; her grandchildren, Noah, Lily Habenstreit, Ian, Olivia Kelly, Mallory Lewis Brinkerhoff, Casey Lewis, Katie Lewis, Rocco and Marco Eates; her great grandchildren, Jaidyn, Olivia, London, Alexis, Ayden and Liam; and her sister Regina Geso of The Villages, Florida..
