He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall E. Parker, Sr. and Ida M. Lahew Parker; his stepmother Betty Lou Parker; his siblings, Chester LeRoy Parker, Noel Lemion Parker and Diane Lynn (Bill Dawson); and his sister-in-law Debbie Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Linda M. McGee Parker; his children, Marshall E. Parker, III of Fairmont, Eric Steven Parker (Kendra) of Mannington, WV and Amber Michelle Parker Perry (Bobby Renner) of Fairmont; his brother Carter Stephen Priester of Inverness, FL; his grandchildren, Allyson (Jacob Dye) of Milton, WV, Marshall Emery Parker IV (Gracie) of Nashville, TN, Rory Grace Parker of Mannington and Riley Faith Parker of Mannington; and his sister-in-law Sharon Cosco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces, and great-nephews.
