She is survived by: her children, Jeff Combs of Fairmont, Mike Combs (Carman) of Gainesville, GA and Beverly Combs of Gainesville, GA; her grandchildren, Kim, Josh, Claudia, Michael, Josiah and Kayla; and her siblings, Charles Slaughter of Fairmont and Ella Corley of Fairmont. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
