She was predeceased by: her parents, George L. Hoffman and Dessie Marie Knotts Hoffman; her husband Fred Jay Frazier Sr.; her siblings, Ernest, Jim Hoffman, Mae Mangini, Pauline Dodson and Mary Somerville; and her daughter-in-law Carolyn Frazier.
She is survived by: her sons, George Frazier (Sara) of Burgettstown, PA. and Fred Frazier Jr. of Farmington, WV.; her grandsons, Fred Frazier III, Randy Frazier, Douglas Frazier (Marissa) and Duane Frazier (Angela); her great grandchildren, Breunn, Ayden, Evie and Evan Frazier; and her brother Jasup P. "Pete" Hoffman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel (201 Columbia St, Fairmont, WV 26554). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
